Handmade in Latvia, this artisan bowl is part of Vaidava Ceramics' EARTH collection, linking Latvian ceramic traditions and minimalist Nordic design. The products in this collection are designed and sustainably handmade by a team of artisans utilising Latvian red clay. The bowls have been glazed and tempered to 1000 C with grey, lead-free glaze on the inside. The exterior has been simply polished smooth and left unglazed, preventing it from absorbing water and dirt.
The natural tones and soft silhouettes of the Earth collection frame the food beautifully in both daily and festive table settings. This bowl has a 1 litre capacity making it a perfect serving dish or individual soup or pasta bowl.
