The NAMEJS triple braid pendant is inspired by an important Latvian symbol representing independence, friendship, trust, and unity. The design is based on the traditional braid associated with Namejs, a 13th-century Semigallian leader. This braid historically symbolised the unity of Latvia’s ancient regions and was used as a protective emblem.
