The RAKSTI Pendant is a handcrafted piece made from sterling silver, designed and produced in Latvia. The weights 12.2g and comes with an adjustable leatherette.
The tubular pendant has a length of 3.5cm and a 1cm diameter. Stamped with five different folklore symbols, this pendant draws on centuries of Latvian cultural tradition. These symbols are believed to protect the wearer from negative energy and bring good fortune. The motifs include the Jumis (a symbol of fertility and abundance), Aka, Zalktis, Auseklis (Morning Star), known for warding off evil, Māras Cross and Laima . The use of these symbols connects the pendant to deep-rooted Baltic beliefs.
