The ŪSIŅŠ Earrings are based on a traditional Latvian symbol associated with Ūsiņš, a figure in folklore who represents light, spring, and fertility. The design features a stylised sun motif, a common element in Baltic culture symbolising renewal, growth, and seasonal change. It’s a simple, clean design that brings cultural meaning into a modern, wearable form.
Each pair is handcrafted in Latvia from solid sterling silver by experienced silversmiths. The handmade process means that no two pairs are exactly the same — slight variations in finish reflect the attention and skill of the maker. The earrings are lightweight, durable, and suitable for regular wear.
These earrings offer a practical way to connect with Baltic heritage through design. They combine traditional symbolism with a minimal aesthetic, making them versatile enough for both everyday use and more intentional, meaningful styling. Made in Latvia, they support local craftspeople and reflect Nord Haus’s commitment to thoughtful, well-made products rooted in cultural tradition.
