This blanket features the Auseklis pattern, a traditional Latvian symbol. The repeating eight-pointed star motifs represent Auseklis, the Morning Star, which in Latvian folklore symbolises light, protection, and the triumph of good over evil.
The design is arranged in horizontal bands, alternating between rows of Auseklis stars and bold zigzag chevrons in grey and off-white. The geometric symmetry and strong contrast give it a classic Baltic, folk-inspired aesthetic while still feeling modern and minimal.  
The neatly stitched edging and soft, brushed texture suggest it’s designed as a cosy throw — perfect for adding both warmth and meaningful cultural symbolism to a home.
