There’s nothing else you will need for a flavourful dishes at home - quality products and a pinch of Latvian flavour salt.  Ingredients:  Sea salt, dried wild mushrooms, thyme, cornflower flowers.
 
Food pairings - red meat, roasted root vegetables, soups and vegetable purees.
